Xiaoqiang Hou  Chief Executive Officer, SDL
Xiaoqiang Hou has served as the CEO for SDL since July 2008. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Hou worked with Sina.com as an Associate Editor-in-Chief and a member of Sina’s Internet management committee. Sina Blog, under his management, has become a social phenomenon. Mr. Hou holds a Master of Arts degree from Capital Normal University and an EMBA from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Hou currently serves as a Vice President of Chinese Book Publication Association and a standing director of Shanghai Internet Culture Association. He has been on the list of Top-10 Shanghai’s Cutting Edge Youth and named as the Internet Innovator of the Year by New Weekly.

Wenhui Wu  President, SDL
Wenhui Wu has served as the President of SDL since July 2008.
Mr. Wu is one of the founders of www.qidian.com, and now servers as the Managing Director of the qidian.com. Prior to that, Mr. Wu worked in Founder Technology Group and Zhao Hua technology company. Mr. Wu holds a bachelor degree in computer science and technology from Peking University.

Henry Zhou  Chief Copyright Officer, SDL
Henry Zhou (Zhou Hongli) has served as SDL's Chief Copyright Officer since January 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, he had served as Vice Chairman of China Publishing Group, Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, Vice Chairman of Shanghai MOFTEC, General Manager of China National Publishing Industry Trading Corp., Director General of Foreign Affairs Department of Press and Publication Administration of PRC, and Vice Chairman of Publication Bureau of Jilin Province, for the last two decades. He holds a master degree in economics from Shanghai University of Finance.

Frank Liang  Chief Financial Officer, SDL
Frank Liang (Liang Xiaodong) has served as SDL's Chief Financial Officer since March 2009. Previously, he served as Shanda's Director of Corporate Financing & Investor Relations and Associate Director of Investment. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Liang worked as investment analyst in Pioneer Capital Corporation. Mr. Liang holds a MBA from Schulich School of Business, York University and a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in economics from East China University of Science & Technology.

Davy Ye Chief Technology Officer, SDL
Davy Ye (Ye Wei) has served as the Chief Technology Officer of SDL since July 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Ye had served as R&D Director of Alibaba Software Co., Ltd. He also worked as Lead Architect at Kingdee from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Ye was Architect at IBM China from 2001 to 2002. He worked as CTO and VP at Kingstar Winning from 1997 to 2000.
Mr. Ye holds a master' degree in computer software from Fudan University.
